Conquerer Banjo.
Previously owned import banjo from the late 70’s. Aluminum cast rim with ornately purflinged resonator and wooden armrest. Neck is a 27 1/4” scale length with block inlays. I have done an overhaul on this banjo with newly installed, renaissance head, Ebony nut and pip, bridge and strings. Action set for very comfy low action. Original open geared tuners work perfectly as well as the fifth tuner.
It’s a great player for the cost and a very easy banjo to work on and maintain. For an import instrument, these are of pretty good quality and sound really good.
